I was recently looking for an alternative to SPB Shell Windows Mobile Phone, while searching on google I came across PointUI . The best part of the application is that It's 3D and the graphics movements are smooth. The application supports Windows Mobile v5.0 and Windows Mobile v6.1. This application is FREE to download and use it.

PointUIUser can quickly access locking the device, changing sound profiles, wireless, battery and general settings. Viewing contacts and call screen is a amazing feeling too.
