- 1 small bunch of coriander leaves
- 1/2 small bunch of mint leaves
- 1 small onion (Optional)
- Green chilies to taste
- 4-5 garlic cloves (Optional)
- 2 inch ginger
- 1/2 cup tamarind juice
- 1 tsp of sugar or jaggery (Gur)
- Salt to taste
- Wash and chop the green leaves.
- Add coriander and mint leaves to the mixer along with the other ingredients.
- Grind it.Add little water if required.
- Tamarind chutney is ready.
