Tamarind Chutney

Ingredients

    • 1 small bunch of coriander leaves
    • 1/2 small bunch of mint leaves
    • 1 small onion (Optional)
    • Green chilies to taste
    • 4-5 garlic cloves (Optional)
    • 2 inch ginger
    • 1/2  cup tamarind juice
    • 1 tsp of sugar or jaggery (Gur)
    • Salt to taste

Directions

    • Wash and chop the green leaves.
    • Add coriander and mint leaves to the mixer along with the other ingredients.
    • Grind it.Add little water if required.
    • Tamarind chutney is ready.
