Green Peas Skin Soup

Preparation of Green Peas Skin Soup

 6 cups skin of green peas
 1 tbsp green peas
 1 chopped onion
 3 cups skim milk
 2 tsp butter
 salt and pepper to taste

Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1 minute.

Add the green peas skin and green peas and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the milk and serve hot
