Ingredients for Meatballs
½ cup Bread Crumbs
½ cup Cup Milk
1 qt Egg
2 qts Clove Garlic, Minced
½ tsp Pepper Powder
400 g Ground Chicken
2 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tsp Oil
Salt To Taste
Ingredients for Sauce
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 qt Large Onion, Diced
5 qts Garlics, Finely Chopped
1 tsp Ginger, Paste
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
2 cups Tomato Puree
½ cup Cream
Salt To Taste
Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped For Garnish
METHOD
Method for Meatballs
1Stir together bread crumbs and milk in a bowl. Add in garlic, salt, egg and pepper, and mix.
2Stir in ground chicken but do not over mix.
3With oiled hands, roll the meat into small size balls.
4Heat pan and fry meatballs on medium flame. Remove meatballs from the pan and keep aside.
Sauce Method
5Heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add onions and saute for about 4 to 5 mins until translucent.
6Add garlic and ginger, and cook for two minutes.
7Add jeera powder, chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala and salt. Let spices heat through until fragrant.
8Add tomato puree and cook for 5 mins.
9Let the sauce cool for 5 minutes. Blend sauce until smooth. U can add little water
10Pour the sauce into the pan. Add butter, cream and 1 tsp garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.
11Add the meatballs to the sauce and Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
12Garnish with chopped coriander.
